5 weeks since $200 order was placed. Apparently still with the dutch post and in transit despite being in "transit" for weeks now. Look into them enough you'll see the same story from others.
These guys are frauds, there are much better sites to order from. Save yourself the trouble and do not give them your business
Been waiting almost a month for my tires and customer service is not great. They keep telling me to be patient, but I will never order from them again. Go to "Chain Reaction" or someone else. With the shipping cost, it would have been better to order elsewhere. I'm going on a bike tour and can't wait, so ordered from "Nashbar" two days ago and will get my product within five days. Bike Inn needs to go out of business. Go elsewhere and stay away from Bike inn!

Worst customer service I have ever had - no item and 6 months later still no refund- absolute disgrace - do not use!
I'm always a little bit nervous when dealing with a company from another country. However this order really did arrive the next day even though it was delivered to my home in the UK from Barcelona. Tracking of the order was good and so was communication letting me know the status of the order. I ordered a cyclists hydraulic brake bleeding kit from them and the price was well below what I would have paid in the UK even though I admit I decided to go for their premium postage which did put the price up a bit, but it was worth it.
This is the second time I have ordered from them where I paid for expedited shipping and they sent it with the cheaper, slower method. Also, their estimates for arrival are TERRIBLE. I've never gotten anything from this business when they said it would arrive.
I recently purchased a reverse components single speed conversion kit on bikeinn and it arrived in just under three weeks which is very quick considering it was shipping from Spain during COVID times. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

The suggested the wrong size, and to return the item I had to pay more than the initial shipping cost
On the phone they do not care, and do not solve anything
I didn't wanted a refund. I wanted the correct size
It took them more than 2 weeks to refund me

I have been scammed by Bikeinn. I placed an order for parts to build a new bike wheel (spokes, rims, tire, etc). A week after placing the order, i checked the status to see one item (spokes) listed as 'may be out of stock'. I inquired with customer service who told me they were definitely out of stock, despite already selling them to me. I was then told to change my cart myselfto replace the item. I looked in to this but seemed to be susceptible to an extra fee. Customer service reassured me this was the right approach. So, I went through the process. At Checkout for adding the new item to my cart, the price was deceptively displayed to hide an extra shipping charge. After payment, i was shown to have paid for a new product, plus a new shipping charge, despite the original order not yet being shipped. Then i tried to remove the old product from my order. They did not credit me back to value of this order.
Now, I am being charged for my original order, including the part not being deliver, plus the replacement part, plus the original shipping, plus an extra hidden shipping for the replacement part.
I ordered a rain jacket from Bikeinn which arrived in good time but was far too small. I followed their returns procedure and returned the jacket (at my expense) on 4.2.21. but have still not received my refund. All I get are lame excuses blaming Brexit, Customs and Covid ! all of which were around when I received the jacket with no delays encountered.
Having ordered a MAXLE lite from bike inn to replace the current one I have, unfortunately the specs were not as clear to me so I have ordered the wrong one, however that’s not the issue, the problem is that when trying to make a return any time I try to click on my account it reverts the page back to Spanish, this makes it difficult to navigate and impossible to make a return. It would seem this has been an ongoing issue for them that they clearly refuse to fix. 3/10 Would not recommend.
Excellent customer service, prompt turnaround time, and delivered AHEAD of time, couldn't be happier ????

You are sent a product in the post, might not be the item ordered or it might be faulty but you will get something eventually. Just don't try to return it.

Nope, this is the first company that I have dealt with on-line that never provided the product that I paid for. Worst company ever.

I think it is mostly a scam company based on other reviews and my experience.

It depends on what you mean by scam. They are cleaver in that you get no rerun address and have to sign up for a rerun label which you will never get. So their returns statement is misleading and untruthful. Check the reviews of others.

Easy but getting them to respond to you query is different. You are sent personalised automatic responses and worn down until you give up.
